Internship abroad

In addition to a study visit, an internship also offers a great opportunity to gain experience abroad and gain insights into a foreign working environment.

On Moodle, you will find information on support with your application and preparatory measures. To access the Moodle course for internships abroad, please log in with your Moodle credentials. The Moodle course also contains important information on internship programmes and funding opportunities, as well as links to further internship searches worldwide.

Under the heading Funding, you will find a selection of programmes for internships abroad (e.g. Erasmus internships).

Take a look at the student testimonials! You can find current testimonials from students who have been abroad here on Moodle.

The International Office wishes you every success with your application!

When is a good time for an internship abroad, and what options are available?

You can complete an internship abroad as a voluntary additional internship, write your Bachelor's or Master's thesis as part of an internship abroad, or complete a funded graduate internship immediately after your studies.

Bachelor's students can also organise their practical phase as an internship abroad. The internship regulations specify the time and content requirements for your practical phase.
